We’re so happy you’re considering La Pointe Chalets for your getaway to Chéticamp. Below you’ll find all the important information about bookings, payments, and policies so you can plan your stay with ease.

Booking & Payments

• Two Payment Installments:
  A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due at check-in.

• Minimum Stay:
  A 2-night minimum stay is required. This applies year-round, including weekends and holidays.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

We kindly ask that you honor these times to allow us to prepare the chalet for the next guest. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to hello@lapointechalets.com.

Security & Damages

We do not require a security deposit. However, by booking with us, you agree to be held financially responsible for:

• Any damage caused to the property during your stay

• Any excessive cleaning required due to smoke, pets, or neglect

• Any missing items or misuse of the chalet facilities

Your credit card on file may be charged accordingly. We trust all our guests to treat the chalets with care and respect.
